(B) How to login to Online Tutor (Game) admin

Most problems with logging in, come from being in the wrong portal.  Start on our homepage.  Look in the upper right corner in the orange bar.  Rocket Math now has a LOGIN CENTRAL.  Click on it to reveal all four login portals in Rocket Math for you to choose from.

Choose Online Tutor (formerly Game) admin.

The Online Tutor (Game) admin is there to choose.  It takes you to the starfield with the white box for logging in.  You use your email address and your password.

If your password doesn’t work.

If it won’t accept what you think is your password, then use the “Forgot Your Password” link to fix it.

You’ll get this screen that asks you to enter your email address and click the “SEND PASSWORD RESET LINK”  button.

Go to your email to look.

Next go to your email and look for an email message with this title:

Rocket Math Online Tutor – Reset Password.

Open that email and it will look like the message below.

It will ask you to reset your password and click on the

blue RESET PASSWORD button at the bottom.

Click the button that says “Reset Password” and you’ll be taken

to the screen below.  In it, you can enter whatever password you like.

But you have to enter it twice and then click on the button “RESET PASSWORD.”

You’ll go straight to the dashboard, so be sure to keep track of what you just chose.

We can’t see your password and we can’t fix it for you.
