(C) Password reset/forgot

Make sure you’re in the right place for the Online Game admin.

If it won’t accept what you think is your password, then use the “Forgot Your Password” link to fix it.  You’ll get this page

You’ll enter your email address and click a button.

Go to your email to find a message with this title: Rocket Math Online Game – Reset Password.

Open that email and it will look like the message below and will ask you to reset your password.

Click the button that says “Reset Password” and you’ll be taken to this screen where you enter your email address again and you can enter whatever password you like–do it twice and then click on the button “RESET PASSWORD.”  You’ll go straight to the dashboard, so be sure to keep track of what you just chose.  We can’t see it and we can’t fix it for you.
