Evidence That Rocket Math Is Effective

Real time, average fluency (correct answers in one minute) for all the students who have completed each of the following Learning Tracks as of today.

As students work through the 26 A to Z levels of Rocket Math they learn the facts.  They take fluency tests (called 1-minute races) of the facts in the Learning Track to see how many facts they can answer in one minute.  These scores are the number of correctly answered problems in one minute and is the average of all the students who have completed that Learning Track as of today.

Students take the first test, when they are 0% done with the Learning Track, after Set A. The second test is scheduled when they are 33% done, after finishing Set i. The third test comes when they are 66% done, after finishing set R.  The final test is given when they are 100% done, as a post-test, after Set Z.   You can see clear evidence that students are improving in their fluency as they work their way through the A to Z levels in the Learning Tracks.

The facts learned in each of the 16 Learning Tracks can be seen on this page here.
