(E) Edit or Erase an individual student

Edit or Erase are two more things you can do with the Individual Action button at the end of each student’s row.

Choose  “Edit Student” in the Individual Action pull down menu and you can change that student’s username and/or their passcode.  See the other entries in Topic (13) “Change things individually” for how to change other things on the Individual Action button such as Teacher Mgr or Learning Track.

Choose “Erase Student” if you want to clear out their data completely and permanently and make their seat available for another student. That can also be done for a group of students in Bulk Action button.
