(E) Change Teacher Manager’s information

1. Fix a typo in a teacher’s email or to connect your teachers to your school.

Note: you cannot do a student CSV import without a school code set up first  (Directions here)  and you have to have all your teachers connected to that school code–either by CSV import or by editing the teachers, shown below.

  1. Go to the Teacher Manager tab and click to get on the page.
  2. Click on the orange “Edit” button for the Teacher Mgr whose info you want to change. You’ll get this popup

3. Change what you want to change and be sure to click on the green “Save” button to make it happen.

Note: that there is a dropdown menu to add a school that works after you set up a school or schools in your account.

2. Upgrade a Teacher Mgr to School Mgr.

On the Teacher Mgr tab, look to the right of the teacher names.  See the baby blue button that says Upgrade? That will upgrade them to be a School Manager, so they can see all the students and teachers in the school.
